Nandos Leeds Junction 27 Handover

Nando’s Leeds is now open following our extensive rip-out, full refurbishment and major new extension.

Our programme at first glance seemed tight, with such a large structural extension to build, strip out and full refurbishment, however we managed to keep the project on programme and get it finished on time, to a high standard that the client was very happy with.

We built the extension at the side of the building which increased the seating capacity by up to 30% and within the refurb we installed new floors, bespoke upholstered seating and feature lighting throughout. Wall finishes compromised of a concrete render finish to the feature wall along with timber and blackened mild steel.

We also extended, upgraded and reconfigured the back of house area to make the most of the new and existing space.
